Every Sunday, I make it a point to cook Filipino dishes because I miss eating them. I had been craving for Halang2x and the perfect Adobo, so I made some today.

However, both Chicken Recipes required me to take off the skin before cooking. I had been doing this for many years already, but when I came here, I find that even if you take off the skin, the chicken still releases its natural oils. Meaning, there is fat in between the meat..
